Yup.  
A very nice PFD it was too.  
I went to buy another one last year and it has been discontinued.
Too bad, because it was a great tripping PFD at a pretty good price,
and the pockets had room for lots of handy stuff.  
They have a lot of fancy kayaking PFDs now, with many pockets and do-dads,
but I haven't yet seen one I like.
