Maybe the solution is buried in Michael Daly's compendium of rolls: 1. remove glasses in right hand, 2. capsize to left, keeping right hand above water, 3. reach left hand out of water over hull then transfer glasses to left and 4. complete roll using right hand to scull. May be done optionally as one-handed paddle roll.
