It is 24"'s wide. It does carry volume out to the bow and stern, so I can see what you are basing your comparison to. I think the Romany is more Acuta/Nordkapp, but fairly far removed, than Icefloe, though. I am seconding Matt's request of Lie detectoring all kayak designers to see what there influence really was.
