I have a task coming up on the weekend that may require taking notes while
paddling. Rather than use my precious, and expensive, waterproof notepaper,
I am after something that will write on my glass deck, or a stick-on to
that.

I have tried a Chinagraph pencil on a piece of plastic, but if the plastic
is wet to start with it won't write. I will want to delete the notes without
resorting to chemical warfare.

Any suggestions out there in Paddlewise land? Due to regional supply issues,
generic rather than brand specific information is desirable.

Cheers

JKA

John:
I am not sure it it will work on a kayak but in piloting the airplane I have
used both a grease pencil or an erasable marker (as used on those portable
white shinny school boards) to write down clearance notes and navigation
details on the plexiglass window. This might work on the gel-coat deck of
the kayak.
