A quick note to the Paddlewisers. I just came back from a trip to Berlin. I found a place to rent a kayak and paddle the canals, With foliage out, it would be beautiful to paddle thru the neighborhoods, and stop at a park, or canal side cafe, for lunch. In between the trees you would be seeing a lot of lovely restored buildings. North and south of the city there are also many non-urban areas. Water maps are available.
