After testing an Outback oven with my 20+ year old MSR on-or-off stove, its clear that I need something that provides much better flame regulation. Which stoves provide the ability for a low simmer and for precise adjustment of the flame? Are the canister stoves the best choice if simmering and flame control is of first priority?
