[Paddlewise] sour cream to go?

Discussions of dried food reminded me of an item that I've been unable to 
find - sour cream mix.  I've seen this referenced in several trailfood 
books - recipes calling for "1 sour cream mix packet".  I've never found a 
just-add-water sour cream mix (or any kind of mix for that matter).  Has 
anyone else?  If so, please share brand names / sources.  I found a place 
that sells 5 gallon pails - but that seemed to be a bit extreme!!

Or, do people dry their own?  Not sure if that would be possible.

To me, sour cream could be a real shot to otherwise blah one-pot meals.
