I have a old old note from my local club list that people were finding 
Knorr Swiss brand sour cream. They make dry-envelope soups, and the sour 
cream mix is usually there in any supermarket that sells Knorr brand stuff.
Advice is to mix it a little stiffer than sugggested, using powdered milk.
