Large SNIP You should apply a healthy dose of skepticism. This gentleman contacted me some time back about this boat and asked permission to use quotes from my book (I think he exaggerated my status in the canoe and kayak design world). I gave him permission (couldn't stop him anyway) and made some suggestions. My allowing him to use quotes does not constitute an endorsement of the concept or the boat. Richard Tuck and Leo Lazauskas are also quoted but, like me, they cannot be held responsible for how he uses the information. People should recognize that information is frequently used out of context or in isolation. This happens often. People read something and embrace it without more careful research. For example, the claims for friction reduction in the form of coatings. surface structuring, and hull shapes. In isolation they may make sense but in the greater context they are often found to be flawed or misleading.. If you have a specific need that this boat addresses then it is certainly worth investigating.
