I continue to have a little bit of correspondence with this Yoav, the inventor of the "W-boat". While I've told him repeatedly that I doubt his boat lives up to his hype and is probably headed down the wrong path, I wish him well. He has an idea with some value, and he is really dedicated to his creation. I hope he finds a way to make his dream succeed. He is one of those guys who despite being told by everyone that he is crazy, refuses to let give up. Sometimes these people really do turn out to be crazy, but sometimes they prove to be right. So far he strikes me as fairly level headed, if a little bit too focused. I hope his obsession works out well for him. Take his claims with a container of salt. Evaluate the boat based on your needs. If you think it will work for you, go for it.
