Peter

The boat is an island expedition. They are nice boats, recently on the
market, designed in Scotland. I have only paddled one of the early
prototypes, but was impressed. Fast, but also a playful turny boat skeg
up. some interesting design features too: hand grips moulded into the
bow and stern, skeg offset to one side to open up space in the rear
hatch and limit pebble jams, seat and rear bulkhead moulded as one. Hard
chined and low volume variants on the way. They don't all have coloured
decks like Neil's boat either!

FWIW I have no connection with the company, but if I was in the market
for a production boat island expedition would be on my list.

Cheers

Colin
