I have paddled in a Tsunami 16.5.. I'm not particularly a fan. The wide flat hull shape gives the boat a very sedate barge-feel. The hatch covers on WS boats have a poor seal. After roll practice there is almost always water in *all* compartments. In rental fleet boats, I've seen problems with broken backband straps. The seat is definitely a strength in WS boats. I'm not sure that this should be your primary basis for boat selection. If you are a WS fan, you might also consider taking a Tempest out for a test paddle. It has the same issues as the Tsunami, but it is slightly more lively.
