I see in the new Sea Kayaker magazine that Point 65 North has a new kayak that
will solve the skeg versus rudder argument.
The Sea Rover can be ordered with both a rudder and a skeg! Now all we need is
a paddle that has one euro blade on one end and a greenland paddle blade on
the other.

oh well

I've got it! You put a Keyhole cockpit on top and an ocean cockpit on
bottom. That way you don't need to learn a roll or self rescue. If you flip
upside down do a summer sault and viola you are upright again! I wonder why
no one has thought of this before?

The "Texas Army Paddle" is available for purchase this Christmas season.
It features a carbon fiber shaft with a variety of fold out blades to match
your paddling needs. The basic version has one set each of Euro,
Greenland, and Wing blades. The "Adrenalin" version adds a set of high
durability nylon blades at 45 deg feather for white-water paddlers. The
"Traditional" is an all wood model that features 1 set of West Greenland
blades, 1 set Aleut blades, and 1 shortened set for use as a storm paddle,
and a harpoon shaft and tip. The "Stylist" is an all Euro version which
contains 8.5 in, 6.5 in, and 4.5 in wide blades so you can paddle with
high, mid, or low angle styles. The "Carpal Tunnel" comes with 3 bent
shaft fold-outs, a double torque, a crank shaft, and a modified crank with
blade forward position.

Simply send $1000 to Mark J. Arnold. (Note: Allow 6 years for delivery)
