Hey Mark,

Congratulations on the successful roll! Rolling ability really opens up a
whole new world of kayaking enjoyment, skills acquisition and confidence.
Just watching your video, I can't help but put in my two cents worth of advice:
It looks like your roll could benefit from a more laid-back recovery,
assuming that your cockpit and flexibility allows you to do one. Try to get your
head right on the back deck.

Another thing you might want to explore is learning the extended-paddle
roll. It makes a great last-resort or emergency roll and has incredible power.
Happy rolling!

Thanks for the tips. My problem is I'm one of the world's most inflexible
people. I should be in the circus billed as the "Incredible, Unbendable
Man". Sadly, I'm thinking that other than technique, flexibility is one of
the most important qualities for a reliable roll. I'm afraid my video shows
me at the height of my flexibility! Please don't laugh at me!
