Pam - : Walking into the water while holding the neck gasket open a bit does work. Watch out for that one small wave that makes its in. Another option is scrunching down and squeezing the air out. My personal preference is a group hug, doesn't work quite as well but it's a lot more enjoyable. You can always do the water entry later.
