Until I take the plunge and get lasiked, I am using $3 wrap around inserts from Walgreens. They fit very snugly inside my glasses and perform well both in summer kayaking trips and on winter snow/ski/camping trips. Because they go inside glasses, they are less prone to scratching. Many years ago I used prescription sunglasses, but I find this solution as good.
