I recently bought a pair of prescription RecSpecs from a local optician. They have an integrated strap w/out rigid temples and good protective padding around the nose. The strap keeps them very secure during rolling.

RecSpecs makes watersports models but I settled on the following.

The perfect paddling eyewear, in my opinion, and a vast improvement over my old wraparound shades plus croakie setup, which I couldn't wear comfortably with a surf hood.
