Having paddled a mothership for 48 years (Folbot and currently a Long Haul
Double), I think that I can speak from experience. Also, I also highly
suggest a French Press as part of the basic equipment. A well equipped
galley on Long Haul always includes French roast and a nice single malt.
Mine sleeps 4 and we usually carry two to 4 kayaks on racks installed over
the cabin.
