I tried installing QT once, but it insisted on being bundled with 
iTunes (which I have no need for and do not want), so I just gave up. 
There are other media players that will show MOV type files.

Perhaps I shouldn't reply at all, since I'm actually quite toasty 
warm in my house and the doors are not frozen either. I went out 
yesterday for an eye appointment. Pretty much everything that's been 
left outside is frozen though.... and it's bloody snowing *again*! 
There was an article in yesterday's paper saying that we are on pace 
to beat the total record snowfall accumulation set in the 1970-71 
winter.

I'd say that the white water guys are in for a treat when the spring 
thaw (finally!) comes.
