Best done with two to three boaters to the rescue. Second boater stabilizes and then tows the first boater while the first boater deals with the unconscious or immobilized person. Depending on the circumstances, the first boater may have to leave his or her boat to perform the rescue, in which case the second boater simply tows. A third boater comes in handy to collect gear. Can anyone provide references or advice?
