George Gronseth of www.kayakacademy.com is well reknowned for his ability to fit a drysuit specifically to a person. He carries Kokatat. I've personally not availed myself of his service but so many of my friends have and the raves he gets are quite credible. The deal with Kokatat is they are made here in the states and measurements given to them would be easier to carry out than most places. Especially for non Mandarin speakers.

I have been looking at various drysuit models.  It is most likely that my ideal 
fit would be a "medium-tall" size.  Sadly, most offer only small, medium, large, 
and extra large.  Is there a brand that offers "medium tall" that I have 
overlooked?  I have a Neil Pride wetsuit that is a medium-tall, and the fit is 
perfect.  Although a drysuit has a looser fit, I am looking for a similar size 
match.  Is this achievable?  Or do I have to buy a "large" an accept the fact 
that the fit is going to be a little bit "baggy?"  Or, alternatively, do I have 
to pay a $fortune$ for something that is customize made?
