First of all, where would this list be (Paddlewise, that is) without Brad? 
I've learned not to open his posts if I'm drinking coffee or tea at my 
terminal lest I burst out in laughter and short out delicate electronics.

As for kayak collections, mine is modest. It is growing. Together with 
various bike trailers, kayak racks and bicycles, any thief working the 
neighborhood would be sure to trip, entangle, and seriously mangle 
themselves trying to scamper through my yard. Right now, three rudders, 
miles of cable and cordage, kayak seats and four buckets of kayak parts and 
bolts and fittings litter the side pathway. Heck, my wife's loquacious lady 
church friends can't even navigate our yard when she brings them over for 
backyard socials - so I've been told; repeatedly. But I like it when a plan 
comes together.

I've have four touring kayaks (one decommissioned due to new weight 
restrictions in BC for vehicles carrying kayaks), three sit on tops, and one 
white water kayak. Canoe elsewhere. Who canoes anymore, anyway? :-)

I've had an Atlantis prototype kayak around here on and off; neighbors are 
worried I'm cheating on my wife again, but it was on loan for evaluation. 
When I get my renos done, I'll be working on another new kayak, either a new 
build or a modification of a second hand boat. However, as I just picked up 
a new used Nordkapp, I've been told one other kayak has to go. As I only 
have one spouse and can't let her go, I'm wondering if you can make good 
money selling fiberglass scrap. Scrap metal, the heavier, the more money you 
get for a given volume. Is old fiberglass worth anything? My old Nordkapp 
might be worth a fortune.
