Dan, you may also post the link at the Folding Kayaks forum. Go to http://foldingkayaks.org/phpBB/ , register, and post the link in "Favorite Places" or "Trip Reports". Mostly people with folders go to Baja penincila for paddling getaways - either to lagunas of the Pacific side, or to rocky shores and isalnds of the Sea of Cortez side. Baja is less developed so far, less tourism infrastructure and generally less people, but this whill change with time. If you are motorhome type, there are RV camps on Sea of Cortez side like Bahia de Los Angeles or San Lucas (near Santa Rosalia), with good road access and nice paddling scenery. To me most of them are already too populated, but different people are looking fo different things. > I have been reading these forums for some time, but never posted. > > Hopefully the reply with clipping the previous posts is the correct method. > > Pure novice kayaker, and living in New Mexico, will stay that way for some > time.
