There are quite a few outfitters in the Anchorage/Kenai/Homer area but
Fairbanks is way inland and the only paddling would most likely be on lakes
or rivers. You can get some information by going to:
http://www.seakayakermag.com/advertisers/_Outfitters_Alaska.htm as well as
www.wavelengthmagazine.com (which may have outfitters in AK).

It's also likely that the Rev may have some input. He lives and paddles in
AK; albeit in SE area. But it wouldn't surprise me to discover that he is a
wellspring of good advice.
