It turns out that, while the ozone hole is generally getting smaller, it's not closed up completely. A site called, oddly enough, www.theozonehole.comsays that the record hole (why do I find that funny?) was in 2006. And it's possible that even when the OH closes up some time in the 2nd half of the 21st century it might not be all that good.
