[Paddlewise] tidal rip for 5*

I am here in RI and the rip is not in Narragansett Bay....maybe it is the
Fishers Island run in Conn?
that is where the NE Rough Water symposiums have been held the past few
years....

>From what understand it's more in Narangesett bay off the coast of
