Well some of us can and some of us can't. I will simply label myself
as willing to try.

With a high likelihood of crashing and burning at least the water
would put out the fire.

I'm not up to date on such things, but if I had to guess, the kayak was an
international class surf kayak, probably built by Mega Kayaks in the UK and
designed by Malcolm Pearcy. Any kayak can surf but unless you want to do spins
and such the international class surf kayaks like that are the quickest and
sportiest kayaks on a breaker. I sure wish Washington Coast breakers broke
like that and didn't mostly close out all at once. Does anyone know if there
was/is a Surf Pummel at Lapush this winter? For those who want to do 360's on
a wave there are some pretty sporty surf shoes that also surf pretty well.
