A number of years ago, perhaps in the late 1990's or early 2000's someone on the list wrote out a short series of exercises for paddlers. The set involved three different arm movements using weights, each performed 7 times. The set of exercises were repeat 3 times. Does anyone remember this? If so, I'd love to have a copy of them again. I found them quite useful...
