I've been expeting a bit of pain on my last couple visits to BAR, but still remain unscathed.
It's a long download for the high res version:

You wont believe this one. Not sure if he had his PFD or if it
mattered!

Sounds like something my animal loving spouse would do...though bad luck
getting stuck in the muck trying to save a duck.

Let's hope he was wearing clean underwear when he left home.

Okay, so Mudbutt is okay, and the duck's out there somewhere saying
"you won't believe this one" to some other ducks, but how 'bout the
clam? Is he/she okay? Need some balance in the environmental reporting
around here!

Mark,

I think you might wanna reconsider a better song next time, especially if
you go for a bigger swell at the Bar: Tom Waits "Way down in the hole." :-)

Wow. That was gorgeous and it looked like so much fun. Was that roll at
2:40 practice?

Steve,

No that was "fer reels"!! After I made it over the second wave, I thought
I was good, but what you can't tell is I got sucked back against the rocks
by the ebb. I was doing alright until it spit me out and I went over.
I'm glad I had my roly boat.

Great video Mark! That arch looks like a lot of fun. By the way...the
boat you are paddling - is that a WS Zephyr 16? I just bought one of those
myself and am very impressed with it as a play boat for normal sized people
like you and I (you know - over 200 lbs).

Mark,

No, it a WS Tempest 170. Much more fun than my QCC, although quite a bit slower. It handles the rough stuff much better and rolling it is ten times easier. Ibm a bit big for the 170, but only plan to use it for day paddles, so I wanted something a bit low volume for me. Glad you liked my video.
