I promise to vote for them if you'll tell me the name of those hand 
clackey things! I want to get me some or maybe make them.

And here's a neat site for making homemade insturments. They have a 
couple things about penny whistles, but you can also make a whole set of 
bag pipes with PVC pipe! All kinds of other interesting musical 
instruments. I keep wanting to make a hurdy gurdy out of an old guitar!
