Hi folks, I normally haven't had any problems with goods ordered over the Internet, except the occasional damaged goods (always swiftly corrected), but this time I ordered goods from a German company in the outdoor sphere, and one of the items I ordered was simply missing - but they still billed me over $150 for the missing item!
