But you will probably have to show that you went the distance with the seller as far as trying to get your item or have them return your money. Make sure you keep a record of when you contacted them, who you talked to (if on the phone), and what they told you. I think I'd call them and tell them that you are going to contact the credit card company and see if that moves them in the right direction. If you paid with a debit card or money order or bank draft then you are pretty much at the mercy of the seller if they insist that they sent the item and refuse to move. Good luck, Tord.
