None. There is no transmission loss. I've explained that several times, 
and made an extra video that shows it.

This "beast" of a paddle is just a small part of the total weight of my 
hands and arms - in _my_ measurements. The paddlerest mostly supports my 
arms, since they're the bigger weight.
