A few points:

- Your arm is ALREADY supported at the shoulder - by the shoulder. 
There's no need to further support it.

- Unless there's a big difference between your arms, there's little 
reason to weigh them seperately.

- There's little reason to weigh your paddle seperately, if you going to 
add up the weights of arms and paddle anyway.
