Raise your hand if you've ever used Shoe Goo to repair any kayak stuff. I know everyone says to use Aquaseal, but it's 6 times as expensive! I'm thinking of coating the edge of my new spray skirt for added protection. I'll try it out on an old one, but thought I'd ask for the collected wisdom first. Wisdom, huh? Best I can offer is experience. If I want to make really sure 2 pieces of something stay together. I use Aquaseal. To coat a sprayskirt, Shoe Goo or similar will be fine. I also use the brush-on tool handle latex stuff for that.
