Love the color of the underwater rocks on that cobble beach. It's like
paddling over a stained glass window!

At the cobble beach I launched from a few weeks ago, the rocks were all
imported. I'm imagining those were natives!

Most are natives, but some are come from away. Them glaciers make for
mighty rock movers.

G'day,

Not quite kayaking although it puts me in mind of my friend Stuart whose
last major trip o/s was to Antarctica and who has a very direct experience
of extreme winds over there. He's kayaking around Australia at the moment
checking out as much as he can of the sights and people on the way.

Here's another Expeditioner, Alice Giles. She went to Antarctica to
experiment with harp and Aeolian harp music.

Hope some of you enjoy this as much as I did.

All the best, PeterO

G'day,

Cool's the word :~) Wonder what the seal at the end of the clip made of it
all!

Some of the other links are worth trying but take forever to load up
(minutes) without any indication that anything is happening. This one is a
bit more conventional but may be worth the wait. It's a reading from
Mawson's diary reflecting on past and present friends and music from part of
the concert she gave in the Antarctic station.

Paddlers,

Would anyone care to recommend kayak
outfitters/rentals/excursions in the Ponce
Inlet area? ...Same for Orlando.
Thanks.
