Weather conditions and best times to paddle are both good to include. I'd prefer slides over a video because they give you a better opportunity to explain a lot of things with each slide. I've found that, though some presentations have some really great photographs, the things that make a presentation really memorable are the stories behind each photo and the presentation abilities of the presenter. In any event, good luck. You may find you really like it and suddenly have a new career.
