[Paddlewise] Safety page

Hello all,

Attached is a web page (very much under construction)  that includes the
risk assessment chart I was talking about earlier. I would appreciate your
comments and in particular would appreciate some comparable ratings for
skills. All I have here are the BCU ratings and I am not really sure if
they are properly applied.

The experts on SAR will want to comment on the part about proximity to
rescue. The times I have may be unrealistic.
