I seem to recall reading once that women are anatomicaly designed for long term
endurance, where men are designed for short term brute strength.  It would stand
to reason that women would be better at sea kayaking than men are.  The part
about the male tendency to use brute strength over finesse has already been
discussed here, so I won't bother with that.

    Paddling along through fog so thick that only one's thoughts are

mussel-shell beach witnessed only by the brooding, wet spruce....your
