[Paddlewise] Plasmito Compass

This is a response to the Plasmito compass thread.
The only deck compass I would ever want on my deck is 
one that is permanently attached there. I always like to 
think of the worst case scenario and with a removable 
compass if would occur if I was at the waters surface 
and the removable compass was at the bottom of the lake.
If you want a compass to take fixes with you should 
bring second smaller compass along.
