No, it won't necessarily happen a lot. Use the 303 protectant frequently 
(once a month or more often) during those months in which you use the 
drysuit, and at least every 3 months even if you don't use the suit.

Then take some care in how you put the suit on and off. A neck gasket can 
last for years with proper care. Eventually they may need replacement. 

I would only replace my latex neck gasket if I reconciled myself to getting 
cold water down my neck when practicing rolls, etc etc. Not much water gets 
in, but a neoprene "gasket" is  **not** a dry seal.
