[Paddlewise] Torn Neck Gasket in Drysuit

Hi Folks,

I would appreciate advice on how go about fixing my torn latex neck gasket on
my Kokotat Meridian Dray suit.  One piece of advice I've been given is to "get
used to it, it will happen a lot."  If this is the case, I have also been
advised to replace the latex neck gasket with a neoprene neck gasket.  Is this advisable?
