I am paddling a Seaward Ascente. After 1 1/2 hours my lower back tires out and becomes quite sore. I am looking for ideas on how to minimize this. This might include: 1. Adjusting the back rest/seating position 2. Adding padding 3. Paddling more often 4. More stretching/exercising.
