[Paddlewise] Need to locate super sticky deck "paint" ...

I would like to locate a really "non slip" coating for the bow deck of my
plastic kayak.





Any suggestions?





My new pup, KoKo, really enjoys our paddles.  However, her rambunctiosity
causes a goodly few "Puppy overboard!"s on each paddle.  Recent experiments
using the old backdoor "WELCOME" mat under the bow bungees shows promise.  Of
course she won't stay on the friggin' thing.





So whatchall think?  Is there a rubber, vinyl, ? waterproof coating I can
apply to my plastic boat?  I've considered rubber sheeting and neoprene
wetsuit material, but these add complication.
