Pintail, ocean cockpit, white deck on white hull (colour is important!) 2. Knordkapp J, ocean cockpit, white deck on white hull 3. Aleut double (colours to be negotiated with SO) But of course, 3 isn't nearly enough, do I desire a new kayak, ww boat, canoe?, oh think of the sail rig I could put on an open canoe, is a double a shortcut to marital strife?, should I go for the Pintail - maybe I'd need to paddle a Romany a bit more - for the Romany/Pintail choice is indeed a hard one to make, in fact make that the Romany/Pintail/Anas Acuta choice .......... decisions decisions decisions! But then again I just got back to work on Tuesday after a glorious trip to the west coast (of Scotland for all you new worlders) paddling around Mull, Staffa, and the Treshnish isles in my battered poly capella .... its maybe not which boat, but the paddling that counts ...
