You could go to the local scuba shop and buy some neoprene of the same
thickness as your sprayskirt deck.  Cut off the nylon and make a tube
with the neoprene--cut the seam out of the old nylon tunnel and use it
for a pattern.  Use Aquaseal and you shouldn't have to sew anything.
