I gotta tell you I have a Feathercraft K1C and have paddled it on Lake Waywayanda in Northern New Jersey and I felt like I was flying, I was goin faster than the sailboard that was there and the sit atop kayak renters just gave up after a couple of yards. It was a windy day, but the boat felt like it was made for racing in rough weather, I could paddle that boat with my feet hanging out to the bow in 1 foot waves and still move and feel safe doing it. I think my boat is a lot different than a Folbot though, it's as narrow as a hardshell from what I've seen.
