[Paddlewise] Wetsuit patterns

Karen wrote that she had found a local source for neoprene.  I'm not sure 
where her locality is, but where would one start looking?  As a seamstress 
I'm pretty familiar with what fabric stores carry, and I've never seen any 
neoprene on a bolt!  If not a fabric store, then where...??
