You know, James, you actually (well, almost) make that sound easy. At least
I think I understand what you're saying. I wonder how many
paddlewisenheimers around the world are going to be playing loop the loop
while they try this out?

It's a good thing to learn!

I was taught it at a mental hospital, as therapy.

I also found that chained bed sheets worked very nicely for getting out
the window!!

James, free and healing.....:-)

If you want pictures of how to constuct a chain sinnet, try "The Morrow Guide
to Knots" by Mario Bigon & Guido Regazzoni, Quill/William Morrow & Co.
ISBN 0-688-01226-4. It's an inexpensive and very good paperback. Lots of
color photos. My favorite is the Hunter's Bend - very elegant.

This book should keep you busy when you can't paddle and will give you too
many options when you're trying to rig a tarp, tie up a parcel...
