[Paddlewise] First Kayak

I've narrowed my search down to about two boats.  I'm
a new paddler, 5'6", 130 lbs.  I live on the southeast
coast of Florida.  The two contenders....

1. Current Designs Breeze.  13'6" rotomolded plastic. 
My only concern is the lack of a bow bulkhead (it
comes with a buoyancy bag.)  

2. Perception Carolina. 14'7" rotmolded plastic.  A
good boat, but it didn't seem to have quite the same
quality as the Current Design boats.  But I do like
having two hatches.  

I know that the differences are minimal, and I will be
happy with whatever boat I buy.  But any insight
anyone else has would be helpful.
